Only Houston Bears members can register through August 15. We know you’re a Bear because you have a special promo code in your profile.

The promo code in your profile is what provides you your discount. Head over to https://houstonbears.org, log in, and get the promo code from your profile. If you’re not a member, you can join now to get a promo code!

That’s right! We’ve required waivers in the past, but we’re going full digital now. The waiver is easiest to access on your phone, where you can sign with your finger. But you can also use your computer and sign with your mouse. You’ll be required to take a selfie, too. Your registration is not final until the waiver is complete.

Once you book your ticket, head on over to the Hotel Website, change the defaulted search as needed, and book your room. Under Special Requests, click to Add a Special Request and put that you’re with the Houston Bears. You can access your hotel booking any time using your emailed confirmation number through the Hilton website.

We’re happy to announce that there is a low cost purchase protection program available when you buy your ticket. If you have a covered unforeseen circumstance, purchase protection will refund your ticket fees. Your registration email will have more details about this service if you opt in. Full information is available on the ticketing site prior to checking out.

We are very excited about this program. If you sign up for an ambassador code, you get a unique code you can share with your friends. Your friends will get $5 off of their ticket and you will get $5 credit toward your paid ticket that is paid back to you after the event. If enough people use your ambassador code, you could get a full refund of your ticket.
